Canada’s Texting Volume Triples Over Last Year
Canadians are often made fun of for many different reasons, especially by arrogant Americans. One thing that can’t be argued with is their taste for technology, using SMS messaging as one of their main forms of communication. In 2006, only 1.5 billion text messages were sent. Today, in 2007, the number has almost tripled, with a whopping 4.3 billion messages being sent.
