2008 Cell Phones Shipped

2008 saw some changes in worldwide cell phone rankings.  Korea’s LG overtook America’s Motorola to claim third place worldwide.  Nokia blew away the competition nearly shipping the same number of phones as the next 4 brands combined.  Here are the results…

2. Samsung - 200

3. LG - 100

4. Motorola - 99.9

5. Sony Ericsson - 96.6
