Mobile Advertising: $229 Million
There are a lot of different statistics on the size of the mobile advertising marketing and the Text Message Blog wants to bring them all to you.
The latest statistic from Interpublic’s Magna, said that US advertisers will spend $229 million on mobile media this year, up 26% over 2008.
There were 270 million mobile subscriptions and 224 million mobile phone subscribers in the USA.
22 million Americans accessed the mobile web daily in January, 2009–a doubling of the amount that did so in January, 2008.
