Sprint to Acquire Virgin Mobile USA

Once rivals are now partners. 

Sprint announced today that it is acquiring Virgin Mobile USA for $483 million.

Sprint already owns Boost Mobile which earlier this year announced an unlimited voice plan for just $50 per month.
