Mobile Marketing Basics

Often, novice marketers call our office and think we have a huge list of cell phone numbers that they can send text messages to to promote their product or service.  This is precisely what mobile marketing is NOT.

With mobile marketing, one must first establish an opt-in from the consumer.  Once that opt-in has been established, the marketer can then send broadcast text messages to the consumer.  This is the basis for an effective mobile marketing campaign.
