Another popular mobile marketing tool for 2011 was QR Codes and specifically custom QR Codes. As you can see from the Google Insights, interest in QR Codes spiked dramatically over the past two years.

Coca-Cola is making a major move with QR Codes.  Its QR Codes will be appearing on “tens of billions of Coca-Cola cups” available at 7-Eleven, Subway, and other major businesses.
